Men's Integration Circles

Overview

Integration Circles are ongoing, small-group gatherings for men committed to living and leading as whole humans. These monthly spaces create a steady rhythm—an intentional pause in the middle of real life where men slow down, tell the truth, and stay connected to the work of becoming undivided.

This is formation over time, not a one-time experience.

Description

Transformation doesn’t happen in isolation, and it doesn’t happen in a single weekend retreat. It happens through consistent honesty, trusted relationships, grace and intentional reflection.

Integration Circles are small, confidential groups of men who meet monthly to practice presence, courage, and brotherhood together. Many of the men in a group will have met on an Undivided retreat and are choosing to stay in community this way.  These gatherings provide a stable container for ongoing growth—where success, struggle, faith, doubt, marriage, fatherhood, leadership, and inner life can all be spoken without pretense.

In a culture that rewards performance and independence, these circles cultivate something deeper:
